Note:

If an administrator password is set in the TeraStation, perform steps 1 and 2 in the

procedure in "Step 2 IP Address Settings" before making the settings below.

IP Address Advanced Settings

Set the IP address in the detected TeraStation.

Notes:

• You can't change the WS-QL and WS-VL series' IP address if they're using Active

Directory.

• Although the IP address can still be set in "Step 2 IP Address Settings", use the

procedure below to congure a default gateway or second LAN port.

• If the device whose IP address will be set is located in the same broadcast

domain, the procedure below can be used to set the IP address even if the

computer making the change is on a dierent subnet.

In the Map window, right-click the TeraStation whose IP address you want to

set, and select TeraStation Functions - IP Address Advanced Settings.
